The Company can arrange for the following services to be available to the Resident at the Resident’s expense:
- Provision of meals (at Bistro, and Units – during periods of illness only)
- Catering of personal/private functions of residents of Orana Gardens Ltd (subject to reservation)
Emergency system are installed on request by the organisation. The resident pays the monthly monitoring fee.
The Estate contracts a security service to patrol the grounds of an evening.
Repairs and Maintenance/ Gardening
The Recurrent Charges Repairs and maintenance to the buildings in general eg. external painting, door locks, broken windows, insect screens (not building structure), grounds, gardening, lawn maintenance, inground sprinkler system, water usage, sewerage and garbage collection, communal lighting, use of the Roundhouse, Orana Gardens Country Club, Estate BBQ and outdoor area, plant and equipment, insurance (including public liability insurance), pest control and repairs and maintenance to the unit inclusions, that is: refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, blinds, carpets, light fittings, reverse cycle air conditioner and hot water service.
The Estate employs a bus service to Orana Mall and return every Wednesday.
The Estate has a volunteer bus driver to take residents on social outings organised by the Estate Social Committee.
