Clint Grose served for 20 years as a full time member of the Australian Army. During his time in the Australian Army, Clint spent a considerable amount of time working in rural and remote environments in Australia and deployments to South East Asia and the Middle East. Clint has a passion for leadership, as his knowledge stems from his diverse experience and training in the military, he has a focus on corporate governance and human resource management, which is supported in his Masters level studies. This coupled with his frontline Emergency nursing/paramedical experience has afforded him the ability to utilise these skills through transformational leadership and development of positive cultures in the organisations he represents, specifically health.
